On January 15, 2021, the ecological environment bureau of Luoyang city hosted the cleaner production audit and acceptance meeting of Longhua Technology Group (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. in Mengjin County. Mengjin branch of Luoyang Ecological Environment Bureau, Longhua Technology Group (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. and Henan Weilv Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. all relevant personnel and evaluation technology review expert group jointly participated in the audit and acceptance work.
Under the leadership of relevant personnel of the company, Luoyang environmental protection bureau and members of the expert group first went to the production line workshop to inspect the implementation of cleaner production. After that, we listened to the reports of Longhua company and consulting unit on cleaner production. Longhua company started the first round of cleaner production audit in September 2019, completed the current round of cleaner production audit evaluation in June 2020, and completed the cleaner production audit acceptance report (the first round) of Longhua Technology Group (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. in December 2020. This round of cleaner production audit has put forward 26 feasible cleaner production schemes, including 4 medium / high cost schemes and 22 non / low cost schemes, with a total investment of 9.021 million yuan. After on-site verification, the non / low cost schemes have been incorporated into the normal production management, and the medium / high cost schemes have been put into normal operation, with the implementation rate of 100%.
In this round of cleaner production audit, our company has established a cleaner production organization and system, improved the staff's awareness of cleaner production and environmental protection consciousness, and formulated a continuous cleaner production work plan, which has laid a foundation for the future cleaner production work. Through the implementation of various cleaner production schemes, the company has achieved certain environmental, social and economic benefits. The expert group unanimously agreed that Longhua Technology Group (Luoyang) Co., Ltd. has passed the current round of cleaner production audit and reached the advanced level in China.
