In March 2019, the Research Center of Modern Industrial Cold Junction System of Henan province was established.

In May 2019, the energy system was certified.

In 2019, "10 Dragon” (alkylation and coke hydrogen) Hybrid Cooler successfully run, which was jointly researched and developed with Sinopec.

2018

In May 2018, Longhua Group was awarded the "2018SPC Excellent Quality Award" by BOE, becoming the only domestic target materials company to win the award in 2018.

On August 17, 2018, it completed the acquisition and capital increase of Luoyang Kobos new materials co., LTD.

On September 14, 2018, it completed the name and securities for abbreviation as: Longhua Technology Group (Luoyang) Co., LTD. Securities are short for: Longhua Technology.

In September 2018, it was listed in Top100 Largest Manufacturing Companies in the 2018 private enterprise manufacturing industry.

In October 2018, Beijing CM Environmental Engineering Corporation Ltd and Jiangsu Guanghua Construction Co., LTD. jointly won the bid of the PPP project of the township sewage treatment and water environment management in Fuyang city, which totaled 1.076 billion RMB.

2017

On May 19, 2017, it acquired 66.69% equity of Xianning Haiwei Composite Products Co., LTD.

On December 18, 2017, it donated 100,000 yuan to Mengjin County Deaf and Dumb School to help the development of special education.

In August 2016, it acquired 70% equity of Guangxi Jinlian Optoelectronic Materials Co., LTD.

In October 2016, it acquired 52% of the equity of Hunan Zhaoheng Material Technology Co., LTD.

2015

In January 2015, its wholly-owned Luoyang Sifon Electronic Materials Co., Ltd.

In May 2015, The "Waste Water Reuse Treatment Technology Industrialization Project" of Beijing CM Environmental Engineering Corporation Ltd was recognized as the high-tech achievement transformation project of Beijing.

In July 2015, Beijing CM Environmental Engineering Corporation Ltd was recognized as a new technology and new product by Beijing Government, and enjoy policy support such as government procurement, promotion and application.

2014

In March 2014, evaporative cooling and condensing devices were listed in the Catalogue of State-Encouraged Industrial Water-saving Processes, Technologies and Equipment (The First team) issued by The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Water Resources and the National Water-saving Office of PRC.

In September 2014, Mr Sun Jianke was hired as Vice Chairman and General Manager of Longhua Heat Transfer & Energy Conservation Co.,Ltd.

In October 2014, it's high-efficiency and energy-saving hybrid evaporative cooling and condensing technology products was selected into Top 10 "Major Technical Equipment Projects", and also into the "2014 China Petrochemical Equipment Top 100 Enterprises" list.

2013

In August 2013, it successfully merged and reorganized Beijing CM Environmental Engineering Corporation Ltd.

In November 2013, its CPC Committee was established.

In December 2013, Jushan Water Company was established in Binhai, Jiangsu Province.

In December 2013, Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department approved the establishment of Henan Provincial Academician Workstation of Industrial Heat Transfer and Energy Saving Technology.

2012

In April 2012, it obtained the Safety Registration Certificate of air-cooled heat exchanger products.

In August 2012, it's high-efficiency hybrid evaporative cooling (condensers) technology was listed in the provincial "12th Five-Year plan" key technology Promotion Directory of energy conservation, emission reduction and circular economy (the first batch).

In August 2012, it's R&D center was identified as a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.

In August 2012, it's high performance hybrid evaporative cooling (condensing) technology was rated as Key Supporting Technology of Environmental Protection and Clean Production in Petroleum and Chemical Industry.

In October 2012, it passed the forensic examination of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and was awarded ASME U Certificate.

In November 2012, it's "Research and Industrialization of Hybrid Air Condensers" project passed the acceptance of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department.

In December 2012, it's trademark "Longhua" was identified as China's Well-Known Trademark by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

2011

In September 2011, it was listed on the Chinext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

In November 2011, it was awarded the "National Energy-saving and Green Industry Scientific Research Achievement Award" by China Mechanical Engineering Society.

2010

In March 2010, LH type and other Evaporative Cooling (condensing) Technology was identified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as clean production technology in 17 key industries PVC included.

In October 2010, Henan Industrial Heat Transfer and Energy Saving Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center was established.

In December 2010, "Longhua" won the title of "Famous Trademark of Henan Province".

2008

In March 2008, the first set of hybrid evaporative heat exchanger was applied to QPEC, a large petrochemical company.

In August 2008, Hybrid (variable frequency) Evaporative Cooler(Condensers) was appraised by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department.

In December 2008, it was recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise.

2005

In July 2005, the first methanol hybrid evaporative heat exchanger was trial-produced successfully.

2001

In October 2001, the first evaporative condenser was trial-produced successfully.

1995

In July 1995, Luoyang Longhua Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd was established.
